Fall Giveaway.

You all know that I've been dying for fall, right? Eyeing those suede boots-- the one's calling my name from their spot in my closet. Well it seems that fall has arrived here in SoCal...and it happened almost overnight. Chilly mornings, chilly nights, crisp sunny afternoons. We went to a friends house for football and dinner this evening and I wore those fab suede boots! And long sleeves and leggings...and a WARM SCARF {insert me jumping up and down here!} Um, and we ate chilli! That's right, fall is here. I couldn't be happier so I'm celebrating with a fall giveaway! A fantastic pumpkin made with some of the scraps I had leftover from Miss Paula's new line, Woodland Delight.

I had the best time making the velvet roses and embellishing the top with vintage buttons and velvet millinery leaves. I must say that I am not a huge fan of Halloween decorations, but this year I will be making more of these for my home too. This one might be heading to yours...how perfect would it look next to a gorgeous vase of Zinnias? TDF!

So just leave a comment here, about fall or Halloween or whatever you'd like. If you add me to your list of blogs you are following, and you also leave me notice of that in your comments, you'll double your chances! I'll post the winner on Friday. Good luck...and HAPPY FALL!
luvluv.
Simone

That pumpkin is to die for. I love the bright colors of orange. Plus orange is my favorite color.

I love fall, but unfortunately it doesn't really happen here in Houston. It just stays hot and humid until about December. I get excited anyways and put my few Halloween decorations out the last few days in September this year. I love this time of year, and hope that we get some cold fronts to make it feel the way fall should (I won't count on that).

I am a follower of your wonderful blog. I love it!

Your pumpkin is just too cute! I can't say much about Fall (or any other season) as I live in Hawaii (yes, poor me) & our seasons just kind of all run together! Sounds boring, but I love it! I'm kind of a shorts & bare feet in January kind of a gal!
Love your blog & every bag I have seen posted & I am a follower!

I love that pumpkin! I'm not a big Halloween decor fan myself, but I would definitely display that pumpkin with pride. :)

Just this morning I noticed the fall chill in air. I am so excited! I also CANNOT wait to pull out my boots. Especially my Uggs and my Fry boots. Yay for fall!

I follow your blog as well. :)

That fabric pumpkin is super cute. It would be very happy at my house. Lets see... I like fall because its the perfect season for crock pot cooking which leaves TONS more time for sewing. I'm also already a blog follower- since we met a market last year. ;)

Your pumpkin turned out way cuter than the one I tried to make. I love the details. I can't wait for a chilly day to make chili. It is still 95+ degrees here.

I am a HUGE fan. Please, PLEASE pick me. You have been on my blogroll from the first time I discovered your fabulous work.

In Fresno, it went from 103 to like 75 overnight. Weird weather. I LOVE fall. It is my favorite. If I could wear sweaters all year long, I would be so happy.

Simone, You are one of two blogs I follow. The other one is my friend Val who has a blog following her fight against breast cancer. I love everything you make and have been eyeing your pieces for years. The purses, the kids clothing, the diaper bags and the cuffs. Now the pumkins as well. What a great idea and a great way to use your scraps. I love the velvet roses on top. Autumn is home for me. Apple pie, cool enough for a sweater but no jacket needed, the leaves changing and the smell of the crisp air. These last few days we have had make me feel like I am home in New York. I just wish we had the leaves chnaging like back east. I would trade one of my homemade apple pies for this pumpkin.

Hi Simone! Well, you have turned an otherwise plain 'ol orange pumpkin into an incredible work of art! Girl, you are goooood!

So, yes... I do follow your blog and I have a HUGE addiction to your handbags. In fact, I wish this contest was based upon who has the most Gardenhouse bags hanging in their closet. I am SURE I would win!

Breathe easy gals... it's not!

Love Fall, Love Halloween, and Love, Love, Love this pumpkin! It has "Amy Hodge" written all over it.
